| How many times has the top seed in each conference made it to their conference finals in the NFL playoffs? Indy and NO are poised to make it to the Superbowl but I am wondering how many times the top seeds in the AFC and NFC make it to the conference finals... It's statistically significant if you want to understand why both top seeds haven't advanced to the Superbowl since 93'. Thanks      |
