Why dont the Detroit Lions do these moves it will be the best offseason in...

...the history of the NFL.? They trade there 2nd rd. pick for Julius Peppers, trade 19th pick and drew stanton or Kevin Smith for Jay Cutler, use the first pick on Aaron Curry or Jason Smith
WHY WILL THIS NOT HAPPEN???
